Fables – A Film Opera nominated for a British Composers Award 2011. Fables – A Film Opera is made up of four film shorts and commissioned by Streetwise Opera. The composers; Mira Calix, Emily Hall, Orlando Gough, Andy Mellon and Paul Sartin (Bellowhead) have been nominated in the Outreach Category of this years British Composers Awards. The awards are presented by the British Academy of Songwriters, Composers and Authors. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on the 30th of November in London.
